Changed your mind, or the item is not what you expected? Here is exactly how returns work.
30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The item should be in a condition we can resell — used is fine, damaged is not.
How to start one
Email [email protected] with your order number. You get a return label the same working day.
When you get your money
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching our warehouse.
We refund the item price and the original shipping cost. Return shipping is free.
Faulty items
A faulty item is replaced or refunded in full, including all shipping, with no time limit beyond the statutory warranty.
